Preparation, Identification and study Antibacterial Activity of Some new 2,3- Dihydroquinazolin-4 (1H)-one Derivatives

In this study some new compounds have been prepared including thereaction of diazoium salt 1,4-phenylenediamine with 2-mercaptobenzaldehyde at (0-5)0C[F1]. Then Schiff bases [F2-F6] werethen synthesized through the reaction compound [F1] withsubstituteds aniline in absolute ethanol, and were convertedinto 2,3 - dihyroquinazolin 4(1H) one derivatives [F7-F11] by 2-amino benzoic acid ethanol. The compoundswere characterized color melting point, FT-IR, UV-Vis spectralanalysis. Some identified 1H-NMRspectra C.H.N analysis. antibacterial activities studiedagainst different kinds bacteria, addition, stability prepareddyes which proved to be high bright colors was studies,in addition conformation lower energylevel studied.
